My Sons Wish
Tuesday, January 4th, 2011As my son grows up, he began to have a set of teeth with gaps in between. Due to irregular brushing, it started to crack and show some chips on them. I don’t really know where he got that weak teeth but I need to do something about it. He is already on fifth grade and because of my very busy schedule, I couldn’t find time to bring him to the dentist. When his birthday came, he blew his cake’s candle and whispered to me that he wanted to get his teeth fixed. I realized my mistake. I didn’t give enough time for him.
I took a leave on my job and immediately bring him to the pediatric dentistry. The dentist checked up his teeth. He said that he will perform veneers to fix the gaps and cracks of my son’s teeth. He is the professional so I don’t want to interfere. After a few sessions, my son’s teeth are perfect! I can’t imagine that he had those disgusting set of teeth before.
I am very thankful to the friendly dentist that made my son comfortable of smiling. Since then, we visited the clinic more often to have cleaning and teeth whitening. I make sure that I schedule a definite time for my son and I. Going to the dentist became our bonding. We were closer to each other than ever before.
