Used IBM Computer Was Hard To Find
When we were trying to find a good used ibm computer for my son to take with him to college, we had a difficult time. It seems that used ibm computers are usually only available online. That would have been nice to know before we drove all over the city going to every computer store there is.
We were able to pick up a used iseries server for my office though. I had been looking for one recently and then just decided if one came up and it was a good deal, I would get it. It just so happened that one of the many computer stores we went to, offered used iseries servers at half price during their grand opening sale.
We headed home after the long search to begin the search online that was hopefully going to be really quick. I typed used ibm into the search bar and everything came up but computers. There were used ibm printers, servers, keyboards and lots of other things. I decided to try the auction site where I got my laptop. We found a used ibm computer there that had the auction ending in thirty minutes, so we watched it for the entire time and up bid it at the last minute. We won it, and only took about an hour of our time.
