However though Spam and virus have negative impact to society and structure but it has positive effect to economy of some companies. There is also rumor that these companies have tie-ups with individuals or companies who are behind generating viruses or sending spam. Such tie-ups help them to have sustained business in market. However such liaison is not proved though. But such firms also have close tie-up with manufacturers to understand features and develop collaboratively exchange server spamfilter which can also be used in junkmail exchange server. It is always beneficial for manufacturers and can be bundled as complete solution to the customer. This leads to lower cost and satisfaction to customers.
